Job Description

BlackBuck is hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck services
• Explain products, pricing, and technology-driven logistics solutions to customers
• Generate leads and develop strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain daily and weekly activity reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Bike is mandatory
• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
• Field sales experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates preferred
