Store Keeper

Job Responsibilties

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with the relevant documents.
• Verify the quantity, specifications, and condition of materials against supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies in material receipts, stock records, or issues to the concerned authority.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy through regular verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of all materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment at their designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of stock records and material transactions in the system.

Educational Qualification and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Working knowledge of Tally is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to draft professional emails and maintain proper documentation.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
