Senior Fashion Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and fashion recommendations.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable outfits based on their preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive key retail KPIs, including ATV, UPT and conversion.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
• Ensure proper product knowledge, stock awareness and inventory coordination.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist in training and guiding junior Fashion Consultants.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail or premium apparel brands.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good fashion sense and styling knowledge.
• Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach.
• Presentable, confident and professional personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
