About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong working knowledge of Tally. The ideal candidate should be proficient in day-to-day accounting operations, financial record maintenance, GST compliance, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and cash/bank books.
• Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and return preparation.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting reports.
• Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with audits and tax-related documentation.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
