Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Allegiant Healthcare Solutions is a Hyderabad-based company providing healthcare solutions to clients across the United States. We deliver revenue cycle management / medical billing \& coding, remote administrative services— edit to match your actual service lines] to US healthcare providers and organizations, with a strong focus on accuracy, turnaround, and compliance.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to run the day-to-day delivery of our India operations during a fixed part-time shift. This is an active, in-the-work role: during your scheduled hours you'll be present with the team, driving delivery, resolving issues in real time, and handling US-client communication directly. The ideal candidate has run US-facing healthcare operations before and leads from the floor — coordinating the team, catching problems early, and keeping clients confident.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations delivery: Own day-to-day service delivery against client SLAs, turnaround times, and quality targets across the team.
• Team management: Supervise, coordinate, and support the delivery team; manage workload allocation, performance, and escalations.
• Client relations: Be the live point of contact for US clients during your shift — status reporting, real-time issue resolution, and relationship continuity.
• Compliance \& data security: Ensure all operations adhere to HIPAA and contractual data-protection requirements; support audits and maintain compliant processes.
• Quality assurance: Monitor accuracy and quality metrics, run root-cause analysis on errors, and drive corrective action.
• Process \& reporting: Maintain SOPs, produce regular performance/MIS reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Hiring support: Assist local recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations within US healthcare services, healthcare BPO, or healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and meeting client SLAs.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare data-security/compliance practices.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating directly with US clients.
• Able to commit to a fixed daily shift of 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri), present and reachable throughout.
• Hands-on operator comfortable working alongside the team, not just supervising from a distance.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in RCM, medical billing/coding
• Familiarity with relevant tools/platforms \[e.g., EHR systems, billing software, ticketing tools].
• Prior experience in a part-time, fractional, or consulting operations role.
• Based in or around Hyderabad.
