Job Descripition

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the hospital.

• Ensure smooth functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments.

• Coordinate with the CEO, Medical Director, Nursing Superintendent, and Department Heads.

• Monitor OPD, IPD, Emergency, Labour Room, OT, NICU, PICU, IVF, and diagnostic services.

• Ensure optimum utilization of hospital infrastructure, manpower, beds, and medical equipment.

• Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

• Monitor daily patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed occupancy.

• Ensure adequate availability of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.

• Monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.

• Improve patient flow, reduce waiting time, and ensure timely discharge.
