Travel Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leads to pitch and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
• Understand customer travel preferences, budget, and requirements to curate customized itineraries.
• Explain package inclusions, pricing details, cancellation policies, and current promotional offers clearly.
• Guide customers seamlessly through the booking, documentation, and payment confirmation processes.
• Coordinate internally with operations, ticketing, and vendor teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Follow up consistently with prospective leads and resolve post-booking queries efficiently.
• Update lead statuses, customer details, and booking logs accurately in the CRM system.
• Build strong rapport with clients to drive repeat bookings and secure word-of-mouth referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C / Travel Sales or corporate sales.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Proven experience in customer handling, pitching holiday packages, and sales conversion.
• Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office (Immediate joiners / local candidates preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM / booking systems.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
