• Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using Odoo.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Transport Management: Coordinate with transporters to get the best possible rate fixed for their service.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Communication: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Payment follow up - Ensure timely follow ups on payments with customers.
