Own Growth, Onboarding, inventory management for Zeroharm across quick commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new SKUs on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes.
• Create and maintain listings.
• Manage POs end to end- receipt, appointment, dispatch, GRN, short supply and rejection follow-ups.
• Track city and dark-store level availability daily; flag OOS SKUs and low-coverage pin codes.
• Maintain shelf-life compliance at inward and manage near-expiry stock with the KAM.
• Publish daily availability and weekly stock/sales reports; reconcile payouts and claims monthly.

• Onboarding/Account Management and listing go-live TAT
• In-stock %
• fill rate
• Inventory accuracy

Requirements

• 1–4 years in quick commerce operations (Q.com brand/ Marketplaces/Consumer)
• Expereince in D2C Beauty and personal care or health and nutrition
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with daily deadlines and platform ticketing.

Pay

₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
