The ideal candidate should be experienced in YouTube search optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics while also having hands-on knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and website optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute YouTube SEO strategies to increase video visibility and organic growth. Conduct keyword research for both YouTube and Google Search. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, chapters, playlists, and end screens. Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Watch Time, Audience Retention, and Subscriber Growth. Research trending topics and create SEO-driven content strategies. Monitor YouTube Analytics and generate performance reports. Optimize website articles, blogs, and landing pages for search engines. Perform On-Page SEO, basic Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO. Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4). Conduct competitor analysis for both YouTube and website SEO. Work closely with content writers, video editors, and designers to maximize organic reach. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in YouTube SEO Manager. Strong knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and ranking factors. Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Google Trends, Ahrefs, and SEMrush . Good knowledge of YT & Website SEO , including On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and basic Off-Page SEO. Experience with WordPress , Rank Math, or Yoast SEO. Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) . Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with Business, Finance, News, or Media websites/channels is preferred.
