Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information. Explain products/services, offers, and company policies to customers. Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required. Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into sales.
