Site Civil Engineer

Job Description – Site Civil Engineer Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project managers. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site. Check measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site records. Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment. Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Follow safety standards and maintain proper site safety practices. Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site-related activities. Identify and resolve site execution issues. Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision (freshers can also apply). Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage site workers and contractors. Language Requirements Kannada – Must know (Speaking and understanding). English – Basic communication required. Hindi – Additional advantage. Additional RequirementsMust be willing to work at construction sites in Bengaluru. Should be responsible, hardworking, and punctual. Ability to handle site activities independently. Willingness to travel to project locations within Bengaluru, if required.
