Finishing Site Supervisor

Job Title: Civil Finishing Site Supervisor Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 1–3Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) Industry: Residential Construction Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day interior finishing and final-stage construction activities at residential project sites. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of finishing works, labour handling, contractor coordination, quality control, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Handle flooring, tiling, painting, plastering, putty and gypsum ceiling works. Supervise daily residential finishing and interior site activities. Monitor carpentry, doors, windows and other installation works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, carpenters, electricians and plumbers. Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Check measurements, levels, alignment and finishing quality. Monitor labour productivity and daily work progress. Ensure materials are available at the site on time. Identify finishing defects and coordinate rectification. Maintain daily progress reports and update project teams. Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper material usage. Complete work within the assigned project schedule.
