The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries. Explain company products, services, and offers to customers. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. Convince potential customers and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain customer details and call records in the system. Follow up with customers regularly. Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries. Maintain professional communication with customers. Required Skills & QualificationsGood verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel. Hindi and English speaking ability. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
