Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Experienced and results-driven Finance & Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, balance sheet governance, and team management activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial records, timely completion of month-end close activities, compliance with accounting standards, and driving continuous process improvements across finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and experience managing high-performing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage end-to-end accounting processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Month-End Close activities.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Drive compliance with internal controls, accounting procedures, and audit requirements.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Oversee preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.

Ensure timely resolution of aged reconciling items and unexplained variances.

Monitor reconciliation quality, completeness, and compliance with corporate policies.

Financial Analysis & Controls

Perform financial statement analysis and provide insights on key balance sheet and P&L movements.

Support statutory, internal, and external audits.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and control.

Monitor key financial metrics and ensure compliance with financial governance requirements.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.

Manage team performance, workload distribution, and capability development.

Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes.

Excellent understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement.

Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Account Analysis.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

Experience with month-end and year-end close processes
