hiring experienced Nursing Assistants / Healthcare Assistants for its Rehabilitation Centre in Oman. The role involves providing basic nursing care and daily living support to residents with physical, cognitive and functional disabilities under the supervision of registered nurses.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

ANM certification or a one-year Diploma in Nursing Assistant from a recognised centre.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Age Limit

Up to 38 years.

Verification

DataFlow verification of qualification, licence and experience is mandatory.

Prometric

Not required.

Joining

Immediate joiners preferred.

Nationality

As per the client's specified eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding.

Monitor and record vital signs as trained and authorised.

Support patient mobility, positioning, transfers and wheelchair use.

Assist nurses with patient care, medical devices and rehabilitation activities within the approved scope of practice.

Maintain hygiene, infection control, patient safety, dignity and accurate care records.

Observe changes in patients' physical or mental condition and report them promptly to the nursing team.

Salary

ANM-qualified candidates

OMR 250 per month

Diploma in Nursing Assistant candidates: OMR 230 per month
