Job Description: We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to maintain and troubleshoot the hospital's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and utility issues.
Monitor pumps, motors, generators, and electrical panels.
Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
