About the Role
Bakingo is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Store Executives to manage daily store operations, handle online orders, billing, packing, and dispatch of bakery products while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online orders and billing at the store.
Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch of cakes and bakery products.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth order deliveries.
Verify orders before dispatch to avoid errors.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Assist in daily store operations and inventory-related activities.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Provide proper support to customers and ensure a smooth store experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Must be hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
