Job description

Scaler is hiring a Business Development Associate for its EdTech sales team. You will sell Scaler’s career-upskilling program (ticket size ₹3–3.5 Lakh) to aspiring tech professionals. This means understanding their career goals and guiding them on how Scaler can help. Freshers are welcome. Joining date is 11 November 2026 and this is a Work From Office role from Day 1. Compensation is up to 8.4 LPA.

Key responsibilities

Reach out to aspiring tech professionals and guide them through the tech career landscape

Qualify career goals with a customer-centric approach and position Scaler’s program

Follow up with existing prospects to move them through to enrollment

Meet and exceed daily input and output targets

Key criteria

0–2 years of experience; EdTech experience or freshers

Age up to 29 years

Excellent verbal and written English

Passion for sales and target achievement
