Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining company services, and handling customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements & Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
