Junior Doctor (MBBS) – Preventive & Digital Healthcare

Location: Noida (Work from Office)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayExperience: 0–1 yearQualification: MBBS with valid medical registration

Role Overview

We are looking for an MBBS-qualified Doctor to be part of our digital healthcare team. The role will involve conducting teleconsultations, reviewing Health Check-up (AHC) reports, identifying relevant healthcare needs and guiding users towards appropriate medical interventions and healthcare services.

The doctor will play an important role in helping users understand their health status and facilitating access to the right diagnostics, pharmacy services and specialist consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct teleconsultations and doctor consultations for users who have completed their Health Check-ups.

Review health check-up reports, explain abnormal findings and provide appropriate clinical guidance.

Identify potential health risks and recommend relevant follow-up investigations, diagnostic tests and specialist consultations based on clinical requirements.

Prescribe medications wherever clinically indicated and facilitate access to pharmacy services.

Guide users towards appropriate healthcare programs and services based on their health needs.

Explain the importance of recommended investigations, treatments and follow-up care to encourage informed healthcare decisions.

Ensure timely follow-ups with users to support continuity of care and adherence to medical recommendations.

Maintain accurate consultation records, prescriptions and clinical documentation.

Coordinate with internal healthcare, nutrition and operations teams to ensure seamless patient experience.

Follow established clinical protocols, ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality standards.

Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.

Valid registration with the State Medical Council/NMC.

Good communication and patient engagement skills.

Ability to explain medical reports and healthcare recommendations in simple language.

Strong clinical judgement and a patient-centric approach.

Comfortable conducting teleconsultations and working with digital healthcare platforms.

Ability to engage users, understand their healthcare needs and guide them towards appropriate services.

Full-time, work from office.

Monday to Saturday.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
