Job Responsibilities
Handle customer and dealer calls in Tamil and other South Indian languages.
Manage customer enquiries, orders and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Dispatch departments.
Provide order status and delivery updates.
Follow up on pending payments.
Handle customer complaints and maintain good client relationships.
Maintain customer records and daily CRM reports.
Required Skills
Fluency in at least one South Indian language: Tamil.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Previous experience in CRM, customer support or sales coordination preferred.
