looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while leading a team of developers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core Web API, and MVC.

Design and implement Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 developers, ensuring code quality and timely project delivery.

Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices using JWT/OAuth.

Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation.

Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.

Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in .NET development, with strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.

Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core Web API and Microservices architecture.

Good working experience with PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.

Experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or other ORM frameworks.

Proven experience in team handling, technical leadership, and mentoring developers.

Knowledge of REST APIs, JWT, OAuth, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Familiarity with Azure services, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Good problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
