What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job requirements clearly.

Understand each candidate’s interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details.

Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving.

Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team.

Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems.

Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; this is a high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day.

POD Leads

Coordinate the team, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

A completed graduation; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Current college students are not eligible.

Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional phone communication.

Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets.

Basic ATS knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Availability for the stated work schedule.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful, but not required for entry-level applicants.

Compensation

Fixed pay

₹5,000–₹15,000 per month

Performance bonus

₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Your role level and compensation will depend on experience, interview assessment, and mutual fit. Incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed. Complete pay terms will be shared before you accept an offer.
