Job Description

AVRON Multi-Speciality Hospitals is looking for a responsible and experienced Night Supervisor – Housekeeping / Attendant to manage housekeeping and attendant operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and attendant staff during night shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and sanitization across all hospital departments.
• Monitor cleaning activities in patient rooms, ICUs, wards, OTs, corridors and washrooms.
• Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital protocols.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, punctuality and discipline.
• Supervise patient shifting and attendant services.
• Conduct regular rounds and ensure compliance with hospital housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Security and Operations departments.
• Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily reports, cleaning checklists and shift handover records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setup will be preferred.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Ability to manage staff and handle responsibilities independently during night shifts.
