• Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat, email, text, and social media platforms.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns through written communication.
• Maintain professional, polite, and customer-friendly conversations.
• Manage multiple customer chats while ensuring timely responses.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex queries to the concerned team whenever required.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and internet applications.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Freshers with excellent written communication skills may also apply.

• Candidates must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.
