Job Responsibilities \& Requirements

• Candidates should have strong spoken \& written communication skills.

• Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a professional manner.

• Follow up on open cases and see them to closures.

Should have experience in ticketing system

• 9 Working Hours Shift with 1 Hour Break

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as this will be 24
• 7 operations.

• Candidates should be available to start immediately.
