Store Executive

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.
• Issue materials to production and assembly departments as per requirements.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in ERP or Excel.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, assembly, and quality departments.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase department about shortages.
• Maintain documentation for GRN, material issue slips, and stock transfers.
• Follow FIFO procedures and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
