Zoho CRM Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Zoho CRM Intern who is eager to learn about CRM customization, workflow automation, data management, and business process automation using the Zoho ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with CRM tools and business applications. This internship will provide hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Zoho CRM setup, customization, and configuration.
• Support the creation and management of modules, fields, layouts, and records.
• Assist in setting up workflows, automation rules, and approval processes.
• Help with data entry, data migration, data cleanup, and CRM maintenance.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and sales pipeline views.
• Learn and assist with Deluge scripting and basic API integrations.
• Support Zoho Creator application development and customization.
• Assist with integrations across Zoho applications, including Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho SalesIQ.
• Help troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide basic technical support.
• Coordinate with team members and assist with client communication as required.
• Document processes, updates, and project-related activities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Basic knowledge of computers and business applications.
• Strong interest in learning Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts is an advantage.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn Deluge scripting, workflows, and API integrations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, databases, or programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
