PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop-floor manufacturing and fabrication activities.
• Allocate manpower and monitor operator productivity.
• Handle sheet metal fabrication, CNC machine operations, and aluminium fabrication activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules.
• Monitor material consumption, machine utilisation, and work progress.
• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, and Stores teams.
• Conduct first-level quality checks and ensure process compliance.
• Maintain shift reports, production records, and attendance.
• Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and workplace safety on the shop floor.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, fabrication processes, and production operations.
• Ability to manage operators and shop-floor manpower.
• Strong supervision, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of quality and safety procedures.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
