Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT/MRI Technologist to join our medical imaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT / MRI scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment.

Duties

• Conduct CT/MRI scans as per physician orders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns to ensure their comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and provide optimal patient care.
• Operate and maintain CT/MRI equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during procedures.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices in patient care.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent qualification with a focus on CT/MRI imaging.
• Proven experience in CT/MRI scanning; experience with CT/MRI is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging principles and patient care protocols.
• Proficient IT skills for managing imaging software and patient records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
