- Patient Care: Assess physical and emotional conditions, monitor vital signs, and deliver technical nursing care like wound dressings and catheterizations.
- Medication \& Treatment: Administer prescribed oral, topical, and intravenous medications while monitoring patients for side effects.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans in coordination with the medical team.
- Ward \& Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient charts, hand over shift reports, manage medical supplies, and supervise junior nursing or support staff.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on recovery care, medication regimens, and lifestyle changes.
