Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Back Office Executive responsible for calling existing customers to collect feedback about the services provided by the company. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain feedback records, and coordinate with the concerned departments to address customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to collect feedback about company services.
• Understand customer experiences, satisfaction levels, and service-related concerns.
• Record customer feedback accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Escalate complaints and negative feedback to the concerned department.
• Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.
• Help improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback collection.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
