BPO Team Leader - Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day team operations.
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Handle customer escalations and process-related issues.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure process compliance and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of BPO experience.
• Insurance or BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience handling a team.
• Strong knowledge of SLA, KPI, and quality metrics.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
