Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Tamil Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging prospective clients, handling queries, and providing excellent customer support in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
• Effectively communicate product/service details in fluent Tamil/Telugu.
• Handle client inquiries, address concerns, and qualify potential leads.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and logs in the CRM system.
• Work closely with team leads to hit daily and monthly targets.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil or Telugu (spoken). Working knowledge of English or Hindi .
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
