About IND – Institute of NeuroDevelopment

The Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND) is dedicated to supporting families of children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.

Through our flagship programme, Breakthrough Flightpath, we empower parents with structured guidance, practical implementation strategies and individualised support to help their children make meaningful progress.

Our mission is to bring clarity, confidence and meaningful change to families who often feel overwhelmed by multiple therapies, conflicting advice and uncertainty about their child's developmental journey.

We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic and confident individuals who want to build meaningful relationships while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

Job Overview

  • Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with interested parents.
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate counselling notes, lead status, call records and follow-up schedules in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the CRM, Consultation and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth parent experience.
  • Performance Management: Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, counselling, follow-up and enrolment targets.
