CNC Nesting Programmer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nesting Engineer with experience in PEB and Structural Steel Fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for preparing nesting layouts, CNC cutting programs, optimizing steel material utilization, and minimizing material wastage during production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare nesting layouts for steel plates and structural components as per engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM.
• Prepare CNC cutting programs for Plasma, Laser, and Oxy-Fuel cutting machines.
• Optimize material utilization and minimize steel plate wastage.
• Work with nesting software to generate accurate cutting layouts.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, and CNC Machine Operators.
• Ensure proper material planning and cutting accuracy.
• Prepare material consumption and wastage reports.
• Maintain proper records of nesting files and cutting programs.

• CNC Plasma / Laser / Oxy-Fuel Cutting
• Steel Plate Nesting \& Material Optimization
• Technical Drawing Reading
• BOM Understanding
• MS Excel

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

Preferred Industry Experience

• PEB Manufacturing
• Structural Steel Fabrication
• Heavy Engineering
• Steel Plate Cutting Industry

Salary

Negotiable – Based on experience and technical skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
