Senior Travel Sales Manager – International Holiday Packages (B2C)

We are exclusively hiring an experienced, target-driven Senior International Holiday Package Sales Professional with 10–15 years of proven experience in selling international leisure holiday packages (B2C) and MICE travel packages.

This is a hardcore, revenue-focused sales position requiring strong expertise in direct selling, customer acquisition, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing international holiday package bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• 10–15 years of relevant travel industry sales experience, with substantial hands-on experience in international holiday package sales.
• Proven track record in direct B2C international holiday package selling and/or MICE package sales.
• Must have personally handled customer enquiries, negotiations, sales closing, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Strong expertise in selling customized international FIT, leisure group tours, and/or MICE travel packages.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to confirmed booking.
• Strong customer acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and outbound travel products.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
