Experience

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience handling complete accounting operations independently.
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Required Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Preparation of balance sheets and profit \& loss statements.
• Knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
• Knowledge of audit documentation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related activities.
• Manage bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Supervise junior accountants and verify their work.
