Senior Video Editor & AI Video Creator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor \& AI Video Creator who can turn raw footage, or just an idea, into scroll-stopping content. This is not a role for someone who simply cuts clips together. We want someone who understands hooks, pacing, retention and storytelling, and who is excited about AI video.

What You’ll Work On

• Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts for brands, founders and personal brands
• Event aftermovies and highlight reels (marathons, conferences, galas, concerts)
• AI-generated videos for campaigns where there is no shoot
• Ads for Meta and YouTube
• Brand films and founder content

What You’ll Do

• Edit 15–25 short-form videos a month, each with a strong hook in the first 2 seconds
• Create AI videos and visuals (text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, AI voiceovers)
• Add motion graphics, animated captions, transitions, sound design and colour grading
• Adapt one video into every format: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9
• Work closely with designers, strategists and account managers to meet deadlines
• Keep project files clean and organised

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)
• Hands-on AI video experience with tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Hailuo, HeyGen or similar
• AI image and audio tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends, trending audio and retention
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping quality

Good to Have

• 2D animation or motion design
• Basic Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Event or phone shooting basics
• CapCut for quick trend edits

₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
