Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Tally)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily data entry and accounting-related work using Tally.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries, invoices and billing records.
• Update and maintain data in MS Excel.
• Maintain proper records of business transactions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, invoices and payment-related queries.
• Assist with documentation and other back-office activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data entry work.

Required Skills

• Must have good knowledge of Tally.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Client coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchase, sales and billing entries.
• Good data entry speed and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
