We are urgently hiring for the position of Billing Executive for our Factory situated in Howrah, Panchla.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Generate e-invoices and e-way bills in Tally Prime.
- Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording in Tally Prime.
- Prepare various financial reports such as trial balance and profit \& loss statements, tax \& compliance, GST, TDS Returns, e-invoice generation, e-way Bill generation.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and optimize stock.
- Tally Prime, with expertise in e-invoice and e-way bill generation.
- Generate P.O order.
