Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Looking for candidates who have good command over communication in English \& Hindi (Any regional language good to have). Candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English languages. This role demands one to be patient listener and must have soothing voice and pleasant to talk to. Candidate must have ability to establish a good rapport with the Clients by understaning the client requirement properly.

The role demands to deal with high end clients and professionals hence it is needed that the candidate must have common sense and presence of mind to handle the sensitive matters of people.

Responsibilities and Duties

Understand the client's requirement

Log the request properly

3. Provide the right kind of service required

Handle the client professionally

Daily Reporting

Escalation management

Risk mitigation understanding

Rapport building with Client

Coordination with multiple stakeholders

10. Quick data entry into the system and managing CRM

Key Skills

Fluent in English and Hindi (Any regional language - good to have), Must have desire to talk to people, A patient listener, Fast learning curve- quick to learn and deliver, Good in coordination between multiple parties, Should be able to anticipate delays, issues and risks, Proactive and deliver quality service

Required Experience and Qualifications

4 to 12 years of experience in handling Clients

Gaduate and above
