We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Web Developer who can bring ideas to life through impactful designs, functional websites, and engaging digital experiences. Job Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Creative Development Design high-quality social media creatives, posts, reels covers, stories, and digital advertisements. Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand awareness. Design website banners, landing page visuals, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing collaterals. Maintain brand consistency across all NDK Swiss business verticals. Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand's premium positioning. Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns. 2. Website Development & Management Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress and Elementor. Create responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly website layouts. Develop landing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and service promotions. Manage website content, images, banners, forms, and other digital assets. Optimise website speed, performance, and user experience. Implement basic SEO practices, including meta titles, descriptions, heading structures, image optimisation, and URL management. Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth website functionality. Coordinate domain, hosting, plugins, and website backups. 3. Digital Marketing Support — Added Advantage Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns. Understand campaign objectives and design creatives accordingly. Have a basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website conversion optimisation. Support the creation of marketing landing pages and lead-generation funnels. Analyse basic campaign and website performance metrics. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve engagement and conversions. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant professional experience. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and website development projects. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Good working knowledge of Canva. Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor. Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing. Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives. Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects. Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands. Understanding of Shopify and e-commerce website management.
