Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professionals TurtleBytes is hiring for its client Job Location: Gurugram Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: US Shift Experience: 8–15 Years Job Overview We are looking for experienced Finance professionals with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, financial forecasting, P&L management, variance analysis and business partnering. Candidates should have experience managing financial planning and reporting activities in large organisations, consulting firms or FMCG environments. Key Responsibilities Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Manage P&L reporting and financial performance. Conduct financial variance analysis and management reporting. Drive working capital management. Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning. Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to support financial decisions. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on financial matters. Support financial controlling, compliance and governance activities. Mandatory Skills Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Budgeting and Financial Forecasting Financial Variance Analysis P&L Management / Ownership Business Partnering Working Capital Management Cash Flow Forecasting Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) Financial Controlling Educational Qualifications Candidates must possess any one of the following: Chartered Accountant (CA) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) MBA – Finance from a premier institute Candidate Eligibility CL-08: 10–15 years of experience CL-09: 8–10 years of experience Location: Gurugram Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate may apply.
