Job Description – Female Telecaller Company: T D & CO. Position: MALE & Female Telecaller Department: Telecalling / Collection Job Location: Patna, Bihar Employment Type: Full-Time Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments. Remind customers about upcoming and overdue payment dates. Follow up with customers for payment commitments (PTP). Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure maximum PTP conversion. Handle customer queries professionally and politely. Update customer call remarks and payment status in the system/MIS. Coordinate with the field collection team whenever required. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and collection targets. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel. Basic telecalling or customer service experience preferred. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
