Collection/Recovery Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Recovery Executive to manage loan recovery activities, follow up with overdue customers, and ensure timely repayment of outstanding loan dues. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits. Collect pending EMI payments and outstanding dues within the assigned timelines. Visit customers to understand repayment issues and facilitate collections. Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent and overdue accounts. Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets. Identify overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities. Coordinate with Branch Managers and Collection Managers regarding recovery cases. Handle customer queries related to loan repayments. Ensure recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies. Submit daily and monthly recovery reports to the reporting manager. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate. Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Loan Recovery. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for field recovery activities. Knowledge of local language is preferred. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
