Field Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory or accounts. Identify and onboard new clients, including retail stores, boutiques, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders. Present product collections, samples, catalogues, and seasonal lines to buyers. Take orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with production and dispatch to meet delivery timelines. Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences, and share feedback with design and merchandising teams. Follow up on payments and outstanding dues in coordination with the accounts team. Ensure good visual presentation of products at partner outlets where applicable. Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and visits in CRM or sales reports. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
