Car Service Manager

Manage daily automobile workshop and service operations. Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, mechanics, electricians, and workshop staff. Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery. Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, revenue, and service targets. Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to service standards. Manage spare parts coordination and workshop resources. Monitor job cards, work-in-progress vehicles, and vehicle delivery schedules. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop. Train, motivate, and evaluate service team members. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
