Lead and manage the kitchen team during your shift Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistent standard Interact with customers to take feedback and handle special requests Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Monitor stock levels and report shortages Ensure orders go out on time and with quality Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience as a chef or cook Ability to lead a small kitchen team Good communication and customer-handling skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work calmly under pressure Flexibility to work the 2 PM to 9 PM shift
